Module content *Requires prior knowledge of an African language. Analysis of macro and microstructures of monolingual and bilingual African languages dictionaries. Aspects of dictionary use and the teaching of dictionary use. Problematic aspects of African languages lemmatisation. Writing entries in monolingual and bilingual African languages dictionaries by means of predetermined frameworks using corpora. Advanced compilation techniques in corpus-based monolingual and bilingual African languages dictionaries.
